Cheese salad in lettuce cones

(Salade de fromage)

If cooking for 4 people, take: 4 eggs, 300 gr. cheese (emmental is preferable), 200 gr. of lettuce, 1/2 teaspoon of dry mustard or 1 teaspoon of ready-made. Some salt and pepper.

Cut hard-boiled eggs and grate them with sour cream and mustard. Add grated cheese and mix carefully. Add salt and pepper according to your taste. Wrap cone pockets of two or three leaves of lettuce each and fill them with your mixture.
